Tributes poured in on Tuesday during the weekly Human Rights and Anti-Corruption radio program “Labe-Ofin” (Rule of Law) on Bond FM 92.9, Radio Nigeria, as Nigerians celebrated Hon. Salawu Abdul Hammed Dullar, President of Africa One-Voice Initiative and Development.
The celebration was led by the Comrade Buna Olaitan Isiak, Executive Director of Human Rights Monitoring Agenda – HURMA, in recognition of Hon. Dullar’s recent graduation and convocation from the MIPSS program at Lagos State University, LASU.

Hon. Dullar, former Chairman of Somolu Local Government, was described by callers and well-wishers on the program as a proven product of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s GCOR success agenda, due to his lifelong dedication to the welfare of the masses.
The graduation coincided with that of the newly appointed Personal Assistant to the Somolu Local Government Chairman on PWD, Hon. Azeez Fatai Gbolahan, further highlighting the wave of capacity building within the Somolu administration under Hon. Lateef Ashimi.

Speaking through phone messages, Nigerians praised Hon. Dullar for his selfless service and urged public office holders to emulate his example — seeing good in every opportunity and ensuring relief for the masses, irrespective of political camp.
HURMA commends Hon. Salawu Dullar for his commitment to education, leadership, and grassroots development. We believe his journey reflects what is possible when public service is rooted in people, not power.
