The Nigeria Christian Civil Chaplain Corps, led by Corps Commanding Officer Chaplain Daniel Joe Alimi, recently hosted a significant National Security Prayer Summit in Port Harcourt. The summit brought together security agencies, religious leaders, and government officials to discuss pressing security issues and seek spiritual and practical solutions and divine intervention for peace, countering terrorism, social Vices, managing communal conflicts, promoting community policing and stability in Nigeria.
The summit was honored with Notable attendance by the presence of representatives from key security agencies, including: Nigeria Police Force, Rivers State Command that delivered a speech: The Rivers State Police Command is committed to working with the Nigeria Christian Civil Chaplain Corps in national security prayer to address security challenges and promote peace. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Rivers State Command representative from the Commandant also said: The NSCDC is dedicated to protecting lives and property, and we appreciate the role of Nigeria Christian Civil Chaplain Corps in promoting peace and stability and boosting the spiritual life of their personnel
